Adidas Yeezy Series

Overview

I developed a series of print advertisements for YZY TV, an independent fashion and culture magazine produced by Dame Dash Studios. The campaign positioned Yeezy footwear within a high-art editorial context, emphasizing design innovation, cultural relevance, and the brand’s alignment with avant-garde aesthetics. Each ad was conceived to stand alone as a striking visual while contributing to the magazine’s larger artistic narrative.

Approach

Working across photography, illustration, and layout design, I crafted ads that spotlighted the shoes’ textures, materials, and colorways. The process combined product photography with visual treatments, including a fully illustrated piece, to capture the cultural cachet of Yeezy within the indie magazine’s experimental aesthetic. Large-scale collateral extended the campaign’s reach, while maintaining the elevated tone of an editorial fashion spread.

Results

The final ads resonated with the magazine’s high-fashion, art-forward framing, and presented Yeezy footwear as both product and cultural artifact. The series stood out for its bold presentation and reinforced the brand’s reputation for innovation and style, while demonstrating how strong visual storytelling can adapt across editorial and large-scale formats.
